The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Industries (MTIC) expressed support to an association of tourist drivers in Jacmel (Southeast) during an important meeting held in this regard with the drivers in the metropolis of Southeast department, Thursday, November 19, and a delegation of MTIC led by the Director General, Maryse Noel, three representatives of tourist taxi associations of Port-au-Prince grouped in the Association of Independent Drivers for Tourism Development (ACIDT) and ACDT.

A fifteen drivers of Jacmel took part in this first meeting aiming at bring them into an association of tourist drivers in south-east. Enthusiastic the drivers manifested their intension to start with the process quickly. A subsequent meeting is scheduled for November 21 at the convention center of Jacmel.
