This is a happy day for the scientists, a very great emotion and great pride for the Consulate General of Haiti in Montreal for Haiti and for all its fellow citizens.

The Jury of "Prix du Québec", awarded this year to the Haitian-Canadian engineer Paultre Patrick, the Prix Armand-Frappier 2015, scientist Category for his  innovative scientific talent, his contribution to the development of earthquake engineering and the study of structural dynamics.

The Consul General of Haiti in Montreal, Kurdy Lareche who attended the ceremony, presented on his behalf and on behalf of the Haitian government, his warmest congratulations to Paultre Patrick, for this consecration that today represents to the world's eyes the vitality and influence of this great builder.
