iciHaiti - Social : Launch of the project «Make Peace» in Solino
This Friday morning will be launched at the football field of Solino, the project "Make Peace" (Faire La Paix).

This project consists in creating a community environment for the Population Solino, especially for children and young adults who will participate in seminars on building social peace to become actors of the reduction of violence in their communities.

The project will directly benefit 9,150 people, including 3,900 children attending neighborhood schools, 150 teachers, 100 members of parent councils of the involved schools and some 5,000 young adults who gravitate around the selected children.

Note that the "Make Peace" project is funded by the section of the Community Violence Reduction (CVR) of the Minustah and has the support of the Ministry of National Education, the Institute of Social Welfare and Research (IBERS), the town hall of Port-au-Prince and the organization Catholic Relief Services (CRS), responsible for its implementation.
