The Office of the Secretary of State (Gérald Oriol Jr.) for the Integration of Persons with Disabilities (BSEIPH) recently visited the Ophthalmology Clinic Specialized (COS) which won the Accessibility Award 2015 for the built environment. Ramp, door handles, indication in Braille, mobile medical devices, color contrast, among others... COS offers great accessibility to patients.
Moreover, the BSEIPH went this week in the premises of the national office of Jehovah's Witnesses, Award winner in the category Accessibility and communication technology. The 12 rooms of Jehovah's Witnesses throughout the country, indeed make it possible to deaf to worship freely in sign language, publications are available in Braille language and other in signs language on the internet.
