A decree was took by President Michel Martelly, appointing a new Board of Directors of the Bank of the Republic of Haiti (BRH) "Considering the temporary dysfunction of the Legislative Power and it is necessary for the Executive Branch to take steps to ensure the regular functioning of institutions and government agencies; [...] It is appropriate to reconstitute the Board of Directors of the Bank of the Republic of Haiti (BRH); On the report of the Minister of Economy and Finance and after deliberation by the Council of Ministers, the Council is composed as follows :

Jean Baden Dubois : Governor

Georges Henry Fils : Vice-Governor

Georgette Jean Louis : Director General

Kurdy Larèche : Member

Yamilée Champagne : Member"
