Friday in Petit-Goâve, after a meeting with the inspector Norrélien, that quickly degenerated, a group of principals and teachers beneficiaries of Universal Schooling Program Free and Compulsory (PSUGO) proceeded to the closure of the office of school inspection of Petit-Goâve to force the Ministry of National Education to pay them several installments of back wages.

The school principals and teachers angry, have launched hostile words against Nesmy Manigat, the Minister of National Education and the President Martelly "[...] If the Ministry of National Education does not pay us, we will set fire and break everything in our path," announced the protesters.
