iciHaiti - Cap-Haitien : Triple graduation ceremony

Last Sunday in the Cathedral of Notre Dame du Cap-Haitien, on the occasion of the triple graduation ceremony of promotions of Management, Economic and Legal Sciences of the Faculty of Law of the State University of Haiti (FDGSE / UEH), a plaque of honor and merit was presented to Prime Minister, Evans Paul, Sponsor of the promotion Louis Noizon (2011-2015) of Lawyers of the FDSE-UEH of Cap, for his dedication to the Haitian cause.
During this event, the Head of Government urged his referrals "to be the pivot of the recovery of our moral, civic and patriotic values on one hand and on the other to be the defenders of the widow and the orphan."
