This fundraiser was attended by the current Chancellor of Haiti, His Excellency Lener Renaud, President of the Executive Office of MODRIH, Dr Emmanuel Justima and the Director General of the Ministry of Justice and Public Security, Me. Jean Roudy Aly.

The Minister Casimir who is co president of the Executive Office of MODRIH stressed the interrelation between justice and diplomacy. Welcoming at the same timle the former Chancellor and retired Lieutenant General of the Armed Forces of Haiti, Herard Abraham, who serves as President of the National Commission of Administration of MODRIH.
