GB Group who announced in early January 2016, the sale of its entire interest (50%) in Distributeurs Nationaux S.A. (DINASA) without revealed the identity of the buyer, sold its interests in the DINASA to the Groupe Financier National S.A. (GFN), a subsidiary of UNIBANK SA (effective January 6, 2016).

In addition, a general withdrawal agreement ending all litigation between Unibank, GB Group and the heirs Vieux-Roy, was concluded within the framework of this transaction.
