iciHaiti - Culture : Launch of the Carnival of Les Cayes 2016

The Organizing Committee has launched the carnival festivities that will take place in Les Cayes on 7, 8 and 9 February 2016. The Carnival of Les Cayes 2016 - "Okay n'ap refè l'", will take place this year around the theme "of the reconstruction".
Members of civil society, heads of state powers and representatives of the different dance schools of the city, have all answered to the call in order to work together for the success of the carnival. The Committee relies on mass participation of the population across the country, as well as on financial assistance from the Government.
