Monday, January 18 at the Karibe Hotel in Petion-ville, started the preparatory session of the twenty-first Regular Meeting of Council of Ministers of the Association of Caribbean States (ACS), during which the delegations have elected among others the President of the Council, various subcommittees and looked at the ACS budget for the period 2016-2017.

During these assizes the Ministers delegates of their respective States, will have to address common challenges to the countries of the Wider Caribbean. Among the topics to debate in this regional meeting, include in particular in the Agenda : the development of sustainable tourism. To this end, the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Industries (MTIC) actively participates in the conduct of plenaries.

Note that this is the unity of the Tourist Police (POLITOUR) that ensures the safety of Ministers Delegate to the ACS.
