On Wednesday, Dr. Florence Duperval Guillaume, Minister of Public Health proceeded to the installation of Dr. Garnel Michel as new Director of National Ambulance Center. Dr. Garnel Michel who held the position of assistant director for almost three years, replaces Gérard Martelly (2013-2016).

On this occasion the Minister praised the dynamism, dedication of the new Director and honored the outgoing Director by awarding him a plaque, even in his absence, for its collaboration in the organization and functioning of the National Ambulance Center.
