iciHaiti - Crisis : Positive Meeting with the CELAC Commission

On Monday, the Commission of the States of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean (CELAC), said to have had a positive meeting with President Michel Martelly, as part of its visit to achieve establish a possible solution to the electoral problem in the country.
In the evening the CELAC Commission met with opposition sectors to hear their views on tensions recorded in Haiti following the postponement of the presidential elections.
Let's recall that the mediation team is composed of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Uruguay, the Bahamas, Ecuador and Venezuela, and they have a mission to discuss with the political actors of the crisis and issue recommendations respecting the sovereignty of Haiti.
