Monday, Dr. Florence D. Guillaume, Minister of Public Health and Population, accompanied by the President Michel Martelly, carried out a monitoring visit to the construction site of the hospital Simbi Continental, located in Martissant 23.
Covering an area of 5,000 m2, this modern Hospital with all the associated services, built by the firm IBT HAITI S.A at a cost of 6.4 million US dollars, with a capacity of about 70 beds including 40 for hospitalization, will offer high-quality medical care to communities of Martissant, Fontamara, City Centre and Carrefour.
