On the evening of Thursday, February 11, Petit-Goâve police arrested at the street Desvignes of Petit-Goâve, Jacky Céromain aged 35, a native of Grand-Goâve, professional goldsmith and manufacturer of home-made weapons know as "Creole weapons".
