This Friday, February 26, as part of the integrated development project of neighborhood of Christ-Roi,in the presence of the Ambassadors of the European Union, Vincent Degert, officials of the National Directorate of Water Supply (DINEPA), of the Town Hall and other stakeholders in this project, will be held the regrouped inauguration of several Individual Sanitation projects.

The project is part of the Support Programme for Reconstruction and Development of Neighborhoods (PARAQ), funded by the European Union since 2011 to the tune of 74.5 million Euros and implemented by the NGO Solidarités International and the European Union in partnership with the French Development Agency (AFD) and 7 NGO partners.

The consolidated individual sanitation projects to be inaugurated, bringing an innovative solution to the problem of water and sanitation in urban areas, in a context where access to clean water and sanitation in Haiti remains inadequate, creating a worrying situation especially since the arrival and spread of cholera.
