iciHaiti - Heritage : National Road #3, bypass project of Historical Park
As part of the work of the rehabilitation of the national road #3, Dithny Joan Raton, the outgoing Minister of Culture held a working session with the Office of the National Authorising Officer of the European Development Fund (EDF), the Institute of National Heritage Preservation (ISPAN) and a representative of the Ministry of Public Works, Transport and Communications.
The definition of terms of reference for the studies referring to the feasibility and the environmental aspectsrelated to the bypassing of National Historic Park were at the heart of this meeting.
