iciHaïti - Humanitarian : The State can not feed all the inmates of its prison

As part of an agreement to improve the living conditions of detainees in prisons in Haiti NGO "Food for the Poor" delivered last week to the Directorate of Prison Administration (DAP) "500 rice bags, 200 bags of maize and 180 bean bags" for the 17 prison facilities and 4 police stations of the country.
The non-governmental Christian organization "Food for the Poor" will thus delivered every two months, food and other products to the DAP allowing so to supplement to the inadequate budget allocated by the State to deal with overcrowding.
