The Directorate for fight against drugs (DICAN) of the Dominican police arrested a Haitian identified as Eduardo Fancois Belladeir, aged 29 that was carrying 40.5 pounds of marijuana hidden in a white Daihatsu minivan.

Eduardo François Bellair, residing at Calle Primera # 25, of Cristo Rey sector, in the National District, was arrested in Hermanas Mirabal Avenue, near the base of Army forces.
