This workshop was attended by employees of INFP and the Programme Coordination Unit (UCP), technical and financial partners, representatives of ministries and of vocational training sector. The objective of this study commissioned by the INFP and financed by the IDB, is to assess the desirability and feasibility of establishing a financial instrument for Technical and Vocational Training Learning in Haiti, explained Mr. Ziegler, Consultant for the INFP.
