A citizen Haitian woman from Haiti, identified as Anne Cadet, was arrested at JFK International Airport (New York), earlier this month, by agents of the United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP). After a search officers found 5 Lbs of cocaine in the luggage of the passenger, who is facing a federal charge of drug trafficking.

Robert E. Perez, Director, Field Operations in New York for CBP declared "These seizures demonstrate our officers vigilance and daily commitment at JFK, in keeping prohibited and dangerous narcotics off the streets and out of our communities."
