Raphael aunches his book "Marcher vers le sommet: votre guide pratique pour une vie pleinement réussie" (Walking to the top: your practical guide to a fully successful life), published by Editions of CIDIHCA (Documentation Centre of International and Information Haitian, Caribbean and African-Canadian).

This book of Raphael is the result of his experience in the Haitian administration for over 28 years.
