Following the Inauguration of the Government earlier this week, Chancellor Pierrot Delienne who is also Acting Minister of Interior and Territorial Communities (MICT), has undertaken working sessions with the Director General, of Technical Directors and Executives of MICT.

The situation of the Directorate of Immigration and Emigration, with the aim to meet the expectations and achieve a higher level of efficiency, especially at border crossings, is one of the issues addressed by the Minister Delienne with technical executives of the Ministry.

Similarly, the preparation for the hurricane season, the implementation of a campaign on seismic risk and tsunami on the sidelines of the simulation exercise provided by DPC are other issues that have been object of concerns of the new Minister a.i. of the Interior.
