Friday, as announced https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-17044-haiti-news-zapping-politics.html former deputy Jean Danton Léger was sworn in by the Dean of the Court of First Instance (TPI) of Port-au-Prince, Me Bernard St-Vil before being installed by Me Jean Roudy Aly, the General Director of the Ministry of Justice, as new Government Commissioner near the TPI of Port-au-Prince, he replaces to this position Me Clamé-Ocnam Daméus, which assured this position by interim in place of Me Kerson Darius Charles laid off.

The new Chief of Public Prosecutions has promised to respect the image of the Justice which is a blindfolded woman who does not take into account of the skin color, gender or social status of the man or woman who comes before it.
