Fritzner Clerveus is native of Ouanaminthe, he is marriedand father of three daughters. He is Engineer Agronomist of the Faculty of Agronomy and Veterinary Medicine and Specialist in Protection of tropical and subtropical crops (Advanced Master with Gembloux University in Belgium). He made his civic service in Arcahaie. He has worked for Bio Harvest S.A., before joining the Ministry of Agriculture as an engineer-agronomist assigned to the Departmental Directorate of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Central Plateau. Subsequently he was promoted to Head of Service of Plant Protection Department, then Deputy Director of the DPV.
