This Thursday at the Prison of Croix-des-Bouquets, was launched a Violence Reduction project and support for the reintegration of inmates of this prison.

The project "Reduction of violence and support to the reinsertion of prisoners of the civil prison of des-Bouquets Croix" funded at nearly $200,000, consists in providing prisoners with individual counseling and correctional and professional follow-up to prepare the conditions for their social reintegration upon release.

This project is jointly carried out by the Organization Terre des Hommes Italy, the Prison Administration Directorate and the Correctional Unit of the Minustah.
