iciHaiti - Social : Launch of the week of the Diaspora

Wednesday from 5:00 pm on the Barahona campus of the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD), under the coordination of the Zile Foundation, binational organization promoting solidarity and peace in the island will be held the launch of the week of the diaspora, in the presence among others of Jessy C. Petit Frère, the Acting Minister of Haitians Living Abroad and Araceli Azuara, Representative of the Organization of American States (OAS) that will deliver a special message from Luis Almagro, Secretary General of the hemispheric organization.
Several other Haitian personalities will make the trip including former Prime Minister named Fritz Jean who will make his first public appearance among Haitian students to the campus of the UASD. Various Haitian musical groups will be present to better make discover our culture.
Also as part of activities, the "Maison Kreyol" a Haitian restaurant upscale, will be inaugurated during the week.
