Monday, Me Aviol Fleurant, the Minister of Planning and External Cooperation (MPCE) has proceeded to the installation of Magaly Béatrix Camilien Bien-Aimé as new Director General of the Ministry.

In his words of circumstance, pictorially, the Minister compared the new Director to a large tree designed to strengthen the Ministry.

For her part, the new Director General has promised to put all her dynamism and expertise to the institution's service. Very attached to good governance in work well done and the results, she called for a frank and sincere cooperation of everyone to ensure the Ministry continues to be the focal point of the development process and strategic planning of the country.

Note that Ms. Bien-Aimé, worked for nearly 30 years within the Ministry, and has risen through the ranks, having served most recently the positions of Director of the Public Investment Directorate (DIP) and Deputy Director General.
