iciHaiti - Football : Tribute of the diaspora to the national 1974 Selection

Sunday in Montreal, CPAM radio and the Quebec Association of Haitian sports, organize at the Centre of Ukrainian Youth, a tribute to the Haitian national team football (Soccer) who participated in the World Cup 1974.

Several players from this selection will be present in this event, including two who live in the Québec metropolis since the mid-1970s and played in the semi-professional league at the time. They will be honored in two ways, not only for their participation in the World Cup and the honors they have brought forth on Haiti and Haitian communities, particularly that of Quebec, but also for their contribution to the development of football in Montreal.

Patrice Bernier, captain of the Montreal Impact will be the spokesperson for this event.
