As part of its 25th anniversary, Quisqueya University hosts Thursday 28 and Friday, April 29 the first edition of the Interdisciplinary International Conference on Gender Research, organized by Haïti Genre.

More than thirty speakers and renowned speakers, both national and international will attend the academic conference in Haiti titled : From Practice to science, renew stories about women in Haiti.

Canada has been a pioneer in promoting the issues of Gender Equality on the international stage. In Haiti, Canada is proud to have contributed to the Haitian government approach to implement the National Equality Women Men policy.
