iciHaiti - Security : Summary review of the IGPNH (April 2016)

Friday, Deputy Spokesman of the General Inspectorate of the National Police of Haiti (IGPNH), Commissioner Benjamin Jean-Claude presented a review for the month of April where two police officers were killed in function by armed individuals . 3 people suspected of kidnapping on April 19 of Stéphanie Joseph were arrested. He also revealed that 66 complaints have been filed include: aggression 8, breach of trust 4, debts 6, refusal of care 6.
54 cases were sent to the Directorate General of IGPNH, 88 officers have been convened, 112 hearings and IGPNH ordered 195 withholding on wages.
