Aviol Fleurant, the Minister of Planning participated Thursday at the Karibe Hotel, at the launching ceremony of symposium on "The sense of the State and public policies, two major challenges for the Haitian government."

In his remarks for the occasion, the Minister emphasized the objectives of Strategic Plan for Haiti's development (PSDH), which wants to be a mechanism "of recovery, of Haiti's development through its sites of territorial overhaul, economic, social and institutional."

He stressed that the realization of these objectives "will necessarily pass through and obligatorily by the implementation of public policies and the involvement of a strong public administration, dynamic, competent, efficient, competitive, at the service of country, of citizens and characterized by the sens of the State."
