Monday Jovenel Moïse, presidential candidate under the banner of PHTK, qualified leading in the first round held in October 2015, denounced the political persecution of members of PHTK and former members of the Executive, by the Transitional Government.

He also accused the Head of State a.i. of not having fulfilled its commitments by not holding the second round of presidential elections on 24 April as he had promised in the agreement, a day before the end of the term of former President Martelly.

Recalling that May 14, will mark the 90 days of the provisional presidency of Privert he called on Parliament to take responsibility and sanction the President a.i. Privert if there are no elections before June 15, date on which the 120-days mandate ends, provided for in the agreement.
