Jean Roody Dimanche, the deputy Government Commissioner at the Court of First Instance (TPI) of Croix-des-Bouquets was placed in custody on the orders of the Chief Commissioner of Public Prosecutions, Me Mario Beauvoir.

Tuesday, speaking on a radio station of the capital, Me Mario Beauvoir said that since his return to the prosecution of the Croix-des-Bouquets, complaints piled up against Jean Roody Dimanche for his involvement in corruption cases.

For his part, on the air of the same radio, Jean Roody Dimanche accuses Me Mario Beauvoir of involvement in a shady business of tens of thousands of dollars for a house in Croix-des-Bouquets, claiming that it was because he knew the questionable actions of the Chief of Public Prosecutions that the latter made arrest him...
