iciHaiti - Diaspora : Sale-signing of the biography of Michel Martelly 15/05/2016 08:54:43
In his book "Michel Martelly - Autobiography", the former head of state, who ruled the country from 14 May 2011 to 7 February 2016, focuses on his childhood, his adolescence and how he came to be the one of the most influential musicians in Haiti and beyond. He also tells the road that led him to the presidency. He talks about his education, his formative influences of his convictions and what guided him during his tenure. The event kicks off at 6pm with complimentary refreshments. At 8pm Michel Martelly will have talks on his book with Elizabeth Guérin, a personality of the Haitian radio-tv who work on NBC Miami, Channel 216 and Tropik TV. The event will be in Creole and French. After the meeting a book signing session will be held.
