Saturday, Guy Didier Hyppolite, the Minister of Tourism and Creative Industries, was present at Taste of Haiti, promotion platform of the Haitian cuisine in Miami.

The Minister congratulated the commitment of the Haitian community, the Chefs and the organizers of the 4th edition of Taste of Haiti and especially the Chef Giovani, winner of CookOff Challenge.

"The promotion of Haiti requires the involvement of all. Haitian cuisine is rich, showcase it is providing the Haitian tourism another string to its bow," declared Minister Hyppolite, stressing that the success of the 4th edition of Taste of Haiti is the result of sustained cooperation of all sectors involved in the enhancement of the destination, the Minister pledged to support Haiti by promoting its rich and varied gastronomy.
