As part of its cooperation in matters of justice and in the interests of access to law, the Embassy of France is pleased to announce the publication of the book «Le droit à un procès équitable» (The right to a fair trial) by Wando Saint-Villier, investigating judge at the Court of First Instance (TPI) of Croix-des-Bouquets and university professor.

Researcher and lecturer at the School of Magistrates (EMA) having received training at the ENM (French

National School of Magistrates), the judge Saint-Villier contributes, by its approach to the Haitian reflection on strengthening the rules of the rule of law.

Note that the author will be present on 26 and 27 May, at the festival "Livres en folie".
