In a note, the grouping of entry operators of the National Identification Office (ONI), explain that after 3 letters addressed to the leaders of the ONI, in order to open a dialogue on their grievances, unanswered, operators have decided to spend action.
The operator Grouping has announced that from Monday, May 23, 2016, a work stoppage will be observed in all offices of the ONI across the country.
