Recall that that evening, in Puits-Blain 17, impasse La Verdure, betwen 8 p.m. and 8h30 p.m. Michel Stéphane Bruno, was picked someone, who was already in his Land Cruiser Jeep, when he was intercepted by two armed men on a motorcycle. One of the two men ordered him to get off the vehicle, attempting to flee one of the bandits fired on Bruno, fatally wounding him. "In a tearful occasion, the Executive Board of CONATEL salutes the memory of this young activist (born in Port-au-Prince, May 8, 1974) of the ICT sector in relation with its contribution to the modernization and development of the said sector.
