Thursday at Hotel Kinam, Aviole Fleurant, the Minister of Planning and External Cooperation in the presence of many of his colleagues of government and Magaly B.C. Bien Aimé Director General of the Ministry has launched the development work of the Triennial Investment Programme (TPI) 2017-2019.

In his remarks the Minister Fleurant stressed that the PTI 2017-2019 constituted the new referential for the implementation of Haiti Development Strategic Plan (PSDH) whose objective is to make Haiti an emerging country by 2030.

According to him, this document will be developed around major fundamental strategic namely, the significant reduction in poverty and inequality; the promotion of sustained growth, equitable andthe significant reduction in poverty and inequality; the promotion of sustained growth, equitable and PTI 2014-2016 ending September 30, 2016.
