iciHaiti - Economy : Towards an effective management of the future market of Ouanaminthe

As part of the Local Border Development Project (PDLT) implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) with the financial support of the European Union, the Technical Secretariat of the Haitian-Dominican Joint Commission with technical support from UNDP - Haiti, organized a workshop for discussion and reflection on the effective management of future transboundary market of Ouanaminthe.
The workshop was structured around the conditions of of trade, zoo and phytosanitary between Dajabón and Ouanaminthe. The workshop participants also took the opportunity to explore the economic potential of the two neighboring border towns, in a consensual and regulated framework.
