iciHaiti - Politic : Installation of a Technical Adviser Handicap, to the BSEIPH 12/07/2016 10:46:18
Recall that the CISH was established by presidential decree in April 2014 to encourage and bring the various ministries to fully play their role in the process of integrating people with special needs. This Committee has for mission to coordinate and harmonize public policies in the field of disability in order to build an inclusive society. Odnel Eléazard joins the BSEIPH team in order to provide technical support for the smooth running of CISH. He will have, among others, to work to the definition of government policy on disability, the roadmap necessary to implement this policy and also the definition of a national strategy on disability. Note that the creation of the Technical Adviser Handicap position, is part of the institutional strengthening program of BSEIPH made possible through the support of KONEKTE program https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-15227-haiti-politic-launch-of-phase-ii-of-the-program-konekte.html funded by the US Agency for International Development (USAID).
