Monday, July 11, 2016, Odnel Eléazard was installed as a "technical adviser Handicap" to the Office of Secretary of State [Gérald Oriol Jr.] for the Integration of Persons with Disabilities (BSEIPH), he is responsible inter alia for coordinating the activities of Interministerial Monitoring Committee on Disability (CISH).

Recall that the CISH was established by presidential decree in April 2014 to encourage and bring the various ministries to fully play their role in the process of integrating people with special needs. This Committee has for mission to coordinate and harmonize public policies in the field of disability in order to build an inclusive society.

Odnel Eléazard joins the BSEIPH team in order to provide technical support for the smooth running of CISH. He will have, among others, to work to the definition of government policy on disability, the roadmap necessary to implement this policy and also the definition of a national strategy on disability.
