Promise kept, Dr. Louis G. Lamothe Foundation (FLGL), accompanied by a high level delegation composed of senior executives of the Secretariat of State for Literacy (SAE), including Grégory Calixte, Director of Language Planning and Georges Despeigne, Responsible for the Cuban Brigade Educational, went to Panyol this week to launch the screening operation that is the first step of the methodological process of the program "Yo si puedo, wi mwen kapab".
