"The Permanent Mission of the Republic of Haiti to the Organization of American States (OAS) presents to the Government and to the French people his deepest condolences on the terrible attack that befell the whole country Thursday, July 14 to Nice by making at least 84 dead and over 200 injured [...]

It irmly believes that the ideals of freedom, equality and brotherhood dear to the Republic of Haiti, which transcend the framework of France, challenge the international community to fight with all its forces against any attempt of physical harm, moral and ideological to the naturally exercise of these rights that humanity has gained with great sacrifice.

The Mission presents to the Government and French people its entire moral support [...]"
