He takes over from the agronomist Emmanuel Prophète.

The Agronomist Jude Pierre Marie Basquiat, born in Port-au-Prince, graduated in 1985 from the Faculty of Agronomy and Veterinary Medicine (GMEF). Specialist in Potato.
