Thursday, Fonds of Economic and Social Assistance (FAES), inaugurated two schools, one in Milot and the other in Ouanaminthe.

First, FAES has officially opened the new building of the National School Sans Souci of Milot (North). After 20 years of existence, the school now has 9 classrooms for three fundamental cycles and two preschool classes. Funding for construction was provided by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) under the coordination of FAES.

Then FAES went to Ouanaminthe (Northeast), for the inauguration of the National School La Fleur. Louis Mary Cador, Director General of the Ministry of Education, accompanied by Lucien Francoeur, Directeur General of FAES, presided over the ceremony under rain. Founded in 2007, this school has for the first time its own buildings with 9 classrooms and 2 preschool rooms.
