This week in Damien, the Secretary of State for Animal Production of the Ministry of Agriculture, the Agronomist Maxène Estimé, proceeded to the installation of the new Departmental Director of the Ministry of Agriculture for the West Department (DDO), the agronomist Joseph Jacson Paul. He takes over from the agronomist Emmanuel Silencieux.
Born in Léogâne the Agronomist Paul graduated from the Faculty of Agronomy and Veterinary Medicine (FAMV) promotion 1990-1995 / 96. He was Director of the Communal Agricultural Bureau of Petit-Goâve as well as that of Grand-Goâve since 14 years.
