Friday, Camille Edouard Jr. Minister of Justice and Public Security, has proceeded to the installation of the former colonel Himmler Rébu as new Secretary of State for Public Security.

The Minister Édouard presented Himmler Rebu as a person of great experience in security matters.

In his remarks, Himmler Rébu declared "I accept and assume the charge of the forces of national security from now [...]" stressing "Many measures will be implemented before the organization of elections to ensure electoral security."
