The Chamber of Commerce and Industry North (CCIN), has the immense regret to announce the sad news of the passing of Nonce Zéphir, President of the Chamber, which occurred in a hospital in Paris, on the night from 14th to 15th August 2016 at 2:00 am, following a brief illness.

"The CCIN presents its sincere condolences to the Zéphir family, while praising the memory of this great man, noble and courageous worker, patriot devoted to his city of Cap-Haitien, to the northern region, and Haiti as a whole."
