iciHaiti - Elections : The United States recover $2M

Romain Yves Bastien, the Minister of Economy and Finance confirmed that following the decision of the US Government not to fund new Haitian elections, the United States recovered $2 million of American contribution of the $8.5 million remaining in the basket funds managed by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
In addition, the Minister informed that $ 15 million has already been granted to the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP).
